水分胁迫对不同抗旱性冬小麦幼苗根、叶细胞分裂素含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 应用HPLC测定水分胁迫对不同抗旱性冬小麦内源细胞分裂素(CTK)含量的影响.结果表明,在水分胁迫的36h内,不同抗旱性品种根及叶片CTK含量均上下波动.在根中,抗旱性弱的品种C_(609)要比抗旱性强的品种太原633的CTK含量波动性大,复水后均有所回升.在叶片中,二者波动均比对照数值高,在胁迫24h后有下降趋势.复水后,太原633的CTK含量仍下降,而C_(609)维持原水平.应用抑制剂AMD、CHM实验表明,二者均能抑制波动中的CTK含量的增长. HPLC was used to determine the effect of water stress on the content of cytokinin (CTK)in winter wheat seedlings. The results indicated that in the first 36 hours of water stress period , the CTK contents in both roots and leaves fluctuated. The fluctuation in the roots of drought - sensitive winter wheat C609 was more severe than that in drought- resistance winter wheat Taiyuan 633. After rewatering for 36 hours ,the CTK contents in the two varieties were both raised , but in leaves, the fluctuating CTK levels in them were higher than those in the controls in the first 24 hours of water stress period, then they both declined. After rewatering for 36 hours,the contents of CTK in Taiyuan 633 continued to decline ,but in C609 they remained their original levels. Treated with AMD or CHM ,the increase of CTK in roots and leaves ere both inhibited.
