The X-ray Signs and CT Findings of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head in Adults

成人股骨头缺血性坏死近年趋于增多，Ｘ线平片表现报告较多，分期较细。而ＣＴ表现文献中有描述，仅国外有提出早期与晚期分期，分期粗略，本文就近两年我院ＣＴ检查的成人股骨头缺血坏死，作了ＣＴ表现与平片分期的对照，提出ＣＴ表现分早、中、晚期。

Avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) in adults has increased recently.Many reports discussed its X-ray manifestation and staging in details.Some abroad articles divided this disease into the early and late stages on the basis of CT finding.This paper presented the CT appearance of ANFH and suggested that CT findings can be divided into the early,medium and late stages by comparing the CT with X-ray manifestation.
