摘要
在氧气顶吹热模拟转炉中进行了氧化钼直接合金化的实验室研究,分析讨论了氧化钼还原的热力学和动力学。在此基础上,使用氧化钼在300t和50t转炉上进行了工业试验,钼收得率大于91%,钢质量与使用钼铁合金化相同。
Direct allouing of molybdenum oxide in a hot simulating converter was in vestigated in laboratoly.Thermodynamics and kinet ics of molybdenum oxide reduct ion in st eelmak ing process were analyzed with the experimental results.On the basis of above investigation,industrial tests of Mo oxide used for alloying were done in 300 t and 50 t BOF.The yield of[Mo]were more than 91%.The quality of steel was the same as using Mo- Fe alloying process.
