钢包喷粉脱硫过程中钢液的增氮

摘要 对90t钢包喷吹硅钙粉脱硫试验中钢液的增氮量、喷粉参数、钢液[S]与[O]含量、炉渣性质及钢液温度等因素对钢液增氮量的影响作了统计分析。提出该过程中钢液增氮的主要原因是喷吹时钢液裸露区从空气中吸氮。 The amount of nitrogen increase in molten steel in the process of desulphurisation by injecting calcium silicide powdet in a 90 t ladle has been statistically analysed.The influences of injec-tion parameter,[s]and[O]content of molten steel,characters of slag and temperature of molten steel on the amount of nitrogen increase in molten steel have been analyzed. It has been indicated that the main reason of nitrogen increase is the absorption of nitrogen through the naked area Of molten steel from air during injeeting.
