高碳铬轴承钢GCr15的热形变球化

摘要 用热扭转模拟法研究了GCr15在中温双相区热形变球化。确定变形温度和变形量是控制球化的主要因素。奥氏体化后变形,有利于双相区热形变球化。用流变应力曲线探讨形变过程基体发生的变化对珠光体球化的影响。比较了各种试验条件下的显微组织和硬度。 In the dual-phase region of medium temperature,the hot deformed shperoidlzing has been studied by means of hot torsion simulation.The both ot deformation temperature and strain amount are primary factors controlljng the spheroidization. The deformation after austenitization is favoualbe to the spheroidlzing of carbide.The effects of changes occurred in matrix in the processes of deformation ont he sphericity of pearlite t ransformation are investigated with stress-strain curves.The mierost ructure and hard ness of various experimen tal conditions are compared.
