摘要
本文运用光学金相,X射线衍射及透射电子显微分析等手段,并与淬硬86CrMoV7冷轧辊钢进行对比,研究了热处理规范对新型Cr-Ni-Si-Mo-v冷轧辊钢组织的影响。结果表明:铬、镍、硅复合合金化能够改变未溶碳化物的类型,获得数量较多,尺寸较小,分布更加均匀未溶第二相颗粒,同时导致淬火马氏体亚结构的变化,并显著提高回火稳定性,但对残余奥氏体的数量及分布状态基本无影响。
By contrast to hardened 86CrMoV7 cold roller steel,the effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure of new Cr-Ni-Si-Mo-V cold roller steel are studied by means of optical microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction,etc.The result s show t hat alloying by Cr,Ni and Si makes und issolved carbide t ype changing as well as und issolved second phase particles more in amount,Smaller in size and more uniform in distribut ion and brings about cbanging in martensitic substructure and increasing in temper stability,but it has little influence on retained austenite amount and distribution.
