摘要
本文采用了热重－差热分析法，检测了特种高强浇注料（ＨＩＣＡＳＴＥＸＴＲＡ）的干燥特性；电算了加热炉炉底的温度场和热应力场；指出了炉底爆裂的原因，提供了烘炉的改进意见，应用于马鞍山钢铁股份公司某厂收到了较好的效果。
Drying properties of NICAST EXTRA were examined by TG-DTA, the thermal stress field and temperature field of rehaet furnace base was calculated.The results indicate the cause of explosion of furnace base.After the suggestion of drying furnaces was adopted,a good application tesults has been gained in Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd..
