我国北方旱地农业发展现状问题与对策

Problems and Measures of Dryland Agricultre Development in the North of China

本文综述了我国北方旱地农业的发展现状，针对北方旱农区农业结构不合理、农林牧比例失调，旱薄相随、耕作粗放、生态环境恶性循环等问题，提出了不同旱农生态类型区应改善农业生产结构、调整作物布局、选用抗旱品种，并积极推行蓄水保蓄耕作法，培肥地力，走有机与无机协结合道路的对策．

This article summarizcd the jpresent situastion of dryland agricultrue development in the north of china and analyzed the existent problems in the northern dryland agricu1ture region,such as irreasonable agriculture structure,irregulated proportion of agriculture-forest-stockibreeding,co-existence of aridness and poorness,extensive cultivation,vicious circle of ecological environment,and so on.Then,the series of measuses were put forward,which included improving agriculture production structure, regulating the crop distribution,choosing the resisting aridness varieties,practising actively the cultivation method of retaining and preserving soil mosisture,cultivating soil fertility,and adopting the way of organic fertilizers combined with inorganic fertilizers.
