冀西北高寒半干旱区灌溉春小麦高产优质高效施肥研究

Study on Fertilization for High Yield,Good Quliaty and High Efficiency of Irrigated Spring Wheat in the Cold and Semiarid Elevstion of North-west of Hebei Province

本文对水浇地春小麦施肥处理研究表明，施Ｎ肥可显著提高籽粒蛋白含量、籽粒蛋白产量、沉降值及干、湿面筋含量．施Ｐ肥的主要影响沉降值，而对干、湿面筋含量无显著影响，施少量Ｐ肥有提高籽粒蛋白含量的作用．试验还对最高籽粒产量施ＮＰ量、最高籽粒蛋白含量、最高沉降值含量及最高蛋白质产量的施Ｎ、Ｐ量进行了优化分析．

Effects of ferilizer application on yield and quality of the irrigated spring wheat were studied in this experiment that was conducted in Bashang of north-west Hebei provice.The results indicated that fertilizer application of N and P were able to increase the wheat yield significantly.Application of N fertilizer could significantly increased protein content,dry and wet gluten content,sedimentation value and protein yield,and the sedimentation value of reflecting baking quality of flour was maining affectedby applying P fertilizer,but the dry and wet gluten content were rarely affected by P fertilizer application.Low P fertilizer application could increase protein content.The maximum protein content,the maximum protein yield and the maximum sedimentation value were also conducted in this experiment.
