摘要
通过对秦俑坑出土的铜镞结构性能、加工精度及制造工艺方法等的分析,论述了秦代在机械产品制造方面的指导思想和工艺水平,证明秦代已具有组织规模生产的技术能力,在组织产品批量生产中,不仅注意了产品的标准化、通用化,而且有明确的生产工艺过程及保证产品精度的要求。
This paper, through an analysical study of the properties of the structure, machining accuracy and manufacturing technology of the bronze arrows unearthed from Qinshihuang's Tomb,discusses the guiding ideology and technological level of machine-building in Qin Dynasty, and proves that the Qin Dynasty was capable of batch production,wherein the dynasty not only noted the standardization and generalization of products, but also laid out certain requirements for technological flow and product accuracy.
