摘要
介绍基于刀具资源结构(TRS)的概念,进行刀具配置逐层优化的方法及其与其他相关技术的界面。所述方法可在不同层次实现刀具种类和数量最少,加工中换刀次数最少,以提高生产率、降低成本。
This Paper introduces a methed, on which the tool disposition is optimixed level by level,and its interface with other technology. The methed and technology is based on tool resources structure. The minimal sort and quantity of tool can be gotten by application of the methed,while the times of replacement of tool are least. So higher production rate and lower production cost can be achieved.
