摘要
提出的微机计算选配挂轮方法及其BASIC程序可以自动、迅速地选择满足给定精里及挂轮啮合条件的多种挂轮组合。该程序适用于IBM—PC系列机,具有结构紧凑、运算速变快(约10S)、使用方便、精度高(10-6以上)等特点、,有明显的实用价值。
This paper describes how to select the most appropriate machine tool change-gears by means of a computer and its BASIC programme that is designed and created for PC-386 computers,also applies to IBM-PC computers and other compatible computers. By this programme the most appropriate machine tool change-gears can be picked out automatically and quickly, which can satisfy the presetting precision on the meshing conditions. The features of the programme are:compact structures,being easy to operate,high precision(more than 10-5),high calculating speed (about 10 see. /once),etc. and practical in evidence.
