摘要
介绍一种在工件上布设半人工热电偶的瞬态切削温度测量装置。该装置采用单极热电偶丝同工件自身组成热电偶。切削过程中测温时,可消除普通热电偶因被动感受环境温度而产生的滞后,在升温速度达20℃/US时仍能得到满意的测量结果。
The paper presents an arrangement to detect the instantaneous changes of puiesd temperature on aworkpiece in metal cutting. The thermocouple is composed of the workpiece material and a single thormocouple wire which is insorted in the workpiece. Because the measuring junction itself is the heating source, the lagging in responce, which is comman with ordinary thermocouples sensing the eviroment passively,is elimited. When the temperature changes at a rate of 20 ℃/μs.
