检测电路在遥测设备中的应用

摘要 黄河防汛和减灾工作关系国计民生,而黄河水情测报又直接影响到防汛决策指挥。近年来,随着计算机和通信技术的发展,使遥测技术迅速地在水情测报领域中推广应用,建成了一大批自动化水情测报系统,其中包括黄河三门峡至小浪底流域区间由世界实验室援建,由意大利SIAP公司研制的水情遥测系统。针对这一系统在运行中出现的问题,为使该系统可靠地工作,有必要在深入分析原有系统的基础上,增加一个监测装置,避免死机,使系统能够正常运行,发挥其应有的作用。 It is of the national economy and the people’s livelihood for the flood protection and dis-aster easing. The water regimen measurement and flood forecasting(WRMFF)on the Yel-low River directly influence on the policy decision of the flood protection. In recent years, with the rapid development of the computer and communication technology, the remote mea-suring technique is widely applied in the field of WRMFF. A lot of automatic WRMFF sys-tem have been built, in which a system made in SIAP Company of Italy, supported by the World Laboratory is built between the region of Sanmenxia to Xiaolangdi on the Yellow Riv-er. To make the system work reliably, detailed analyses on the original system have been made in this paper. It is concluded that a detecting device is required to install in the system to avoid the system dead, and also make full use of its functions.
