摘要
研究了山杨不同预浸条件（药剂种类、用量，温度）、不同磨浆条件（温度、浓度及齿型）对山杨化机浆质量的影响，确定了山杨生产漂白用化机浆的适宜工艺技术条件。研究结果表明：山杨制化机浆得率达８３％～９０％，白度４４％～５１％ＩＳＯ，各项纸浆强度指标均较高，如抗张指数５５～６０Ｎ·ｍ／ｇ，撕裂指数３．３～６．７ｍＮ·ｍ￣２／ｇ，耐破指数２．５～３．１ｋＰａ·ｍ￣２／ｇ。经一段或两段过氧化氢漂白后，适宜于配抄高级文化用纸。通过研究进一步证明，山杨是制化机浆的良好原料。
Populus davidiana,one of the main fast-growing hardwood species in Northern China,is a goodresource of high yield pulps. The investigations on chemimechanical pulping techniques,including chemicalpretreatment(chemicals,temperature,impregnation time)and refining conditions(temperature,consis-tency and plates pattern),have been carried out.The results summarized that,using CMP pulping pro-cess,the pulp yield can be ranged in 83%to 90%on oven-dried wood mass,the brightness of pulps in44%to 51%ISO,tensile index ranged from 55 to 60 N. m /g,tear index 3.3 to 6.7mN. m￣2/g and burstindex 2.5 to 3.1 kPa. m￣2/g.After single or multi-stage of peroxide bleaching, the pulps can be used asfurnishes of writing,printing and LWC grade paper.
