摘要
在小试研究的基础上,对山杨制化机浆工艺技术进行了中试。化学预浸渍采用碱性亚钠法,NaOH/Na_2SO_3用量为3.7%/13.2%,纸浆得率达87%~89.6%,常压磨浆至250Csf,纸页抗张强度达58N·m/g,耐破指数3.2kPa·m ̄2/g,撕裂指数达6.8mN·m ̄2/g,纸浆白度44.3%ISO,不透明度90.5%,且有较高的湿强度。综合生产成本及上述技术指标的结果表明,短周期阔叶材山杨是制高质量化机浆的良好原料,所得未漂化机浆可以适合于配抄高强度包装类用纸,经漂白后可以配抄高级文化用纸。
The pilot scale study was carried out basing on the previous laboratory works of chemimechani-cal pulping studies on Populus davidiana,Alkaline sodium sulphite stock was used for chemical pretreat-ment with chemical charge as NaOH/Na_2SO_3:3.7%/13.2%on od wood base. The CMP pulps were yield-ed in a range of 87%~89.6%,At a given freeness level of 250 mL Csf,the hand sheets strengths were 58N. m/g in tensile,3.2 kPa·m ̄2/g in burst and 6.8mN·m ̄2/g in tear, the optical properties were mediateto good as 44.3%in brightness and 90.5%in opacity.The technical economical analysis was made,Popu-lus davidiana is a good resources of pulpwood for high yield pulping, before or after single or multi-stageof peroxide bleaching,the pulps can be used as furnishes of high strength packaging,writing,printing andLWC grades.
