摘要
对短周期针叶材杉木,用不同的化学预浸药剂、用量、不同液比,不同预浸温度和时间,在5%~20%磨浆浓度下,对两种齿型磨片制化学机械浆进行了对比研究。研究表明,杉木化机浆纤维分级组分极不均匀,难以达到长纤维材应有的浆张强度,在化学预浸时一般不宜加入NaOH,否则对纸浆白度及过氧化氢漂白性能影响很大。杉木磨浆能耗极高,比杨木大约高出5倍,且随Na_2SO_3用量增加而增高。杉木化机浆可以适合于配抄文化及包装类用纸。
The paper presents the work on CMP pulping studies from Cunninghamia lanceolata,comparingwith changing of operation conditions as chemical stocks,ratio of wood to liquor,cooking temperature andtime,refining consistency,and pattern of refining plates. The results show that,in comparison withpoplar pulp the fibre fractions of the China fir CMP pulps are extremly un-uniform,the pulp strengths arelower.Alkali would decrease the pulp brightness and very high specific energy was consumed for refining.
