摘要
对杉木进行制CMP中间试验。杉木树龄10年,基本密度308kg/m ̄3,NaOH+Na_2SO_3用量为5%+14%,纸浆得率88.4%;在游离度为250csf时,磨浆电耗22.3MJ/kg,平均纤维长度2.6mm,紧度365kg/m ̄3,抗张指数48N·m/g纸浆白度28.7%ISO,成纸松厚,有很高的不透明度。
Cunninghamia lanceolata chips aged 10 years with basic density of 308 kg/m ̄3 were used in pilotscale chemimechanical pulping tests. The pulps with a level of chemical usage of 5%sodiurn hydroxide and14%sodium sulphite(on od wood)yielded in 88.4%at a given freeness level of 250 mL. Specific energyconsumption was 22.3 MJ /kg for refining and the fibre length of the pulp was 2.6mm,the density of thesheet 365 kg/m ̄3,the tensile index 48 N·m/g and brightness 28.7%ISO. The pulps could be used in morebulky productions.
