摘要 运用针、阔混合材磨浆有助于提高纸浆质量。本文研究了速生山杨、杉木混合材制化学机械浆中间试验,包括:磨浆能耗、纸浆物理性能、白度、不透明度和光散射系数。较杉木单独制浆节省能耗,且纸浆强度性能特别是光散射系数和不透明度较杨木化机浆优越。杨/杉混合材制取化学机械浆适宜于配抄书写、印刷及包装用纸,合适的漂白工艺有待于进一步研究。 Hardwoods used alone tend to produce low quality mechanical pulps,but benefits can be ob-tained by refining mixtures of hardwood and softwood species,The properties of chemirnechanical(CMP)pulps from Populus davidiana(poplar)/Cunninghamia lanceolata(China fir)chip mixtures from youngtrees were investigated,including specific energy consumption, mechanical properties,brightness,opacityand scattering coefficient. The poplar/fir chip mixtures reduced specific energy consurnption in cornparisonwith fir alone,and improved the pulp strength properties as well as scattering coefficient and opacity,compared with pulps from poplar alone. CMP from these poplar/fir chip mixtures would find use in theproduction of writing, printing and packaging grades of paper, but further research on suitable bleachingsequences for the pulps is required.
