摘要
研究了云杉、杨木制高得率浆──BCMP及BCTMP综合废水用间隙方法(曝气塘法)、连续方法(活性污泥法)净化处理的效果。结果表明:(1)这类废水直于用好氧生物方法处理;(2)间隙法曝气32h,COD负荷在1~2kgCOD/m ̄3·d条件下,杨木BCMP废水COD_(cr)去除64.7%,杉木BCMP废水去除53.0%;连续法COD去除67%~80%(云杉)和73%~87%(杨),BOD_7去除率云杉、杨均在97%~99%范围;(3)系统操作稳定,易于调节控制。文中还探讨了凝聚-絮凝处理对高得率浆废水净化处理的效果;通过研究,分别推荐出适合南方和北方高得率浆厂废水处理工艺流程。
Two processes(Aeration lagoon and Activated sludge)were used to treat effluent from BCMPand BCTMP waste water of fir,spruce and poplar and their purification efficiencv were tested.The resultsshow that:a)aerobic biological process is favour to this type of waste water;b)for waste water with CODlevel of 1~2 kg COD/m ̄3·d under the batch process(after 32 h aeration),64.7% COD_(cr) was removed frompoplar BCMP effluent and 53.0% COD_(cr) removed from fir BCMP effluent; under continuous process,67%~80%COD_(cr) removed from spruce effluent and 73%~87%COD_(cr) removed from poplar effluent,97%~99%BOD_7 removed from both spruce and poplar effluent;c)whole system was stable and easy for regula-tion.
