超选择性颈内动脉内灌注盐酸嘧啶亚硝脲治疗脑胶质瘤临床研究

Superselective intracarotid ACNU chemotherapy for the treatment of cerebral gliomas

报告超选择性颈内动脉内灌注盐酸嘧啶亚硝脲（ＡＣＮＵ）治疗胶质瘤１６例，病理不明脑肿瘤２例。化疗前及化疗后一月检查ＣＴ比较瘤体积变化。１６例胶质瘤中，１例肿瘤完全消失（完全缓解ＣＲ），５例瘤体缩小大于５０％（部分缓解ＰＲ），５例瘤体缩小小于５０％（无改变ＮＣ），５例瘤体增大（进展ＰＤ）。患者能很好耐受化疗，Ｋａｒｎｏｆｓｋｙ计分在化疗前后几无变化，全身并发症少见而轻微。１例眼动脉下化疗的病人，出现同侧眼部不适、流泪，化疗结束后缓解。未发现神经毒性反应。本文对颈内动脉内化疗的方法、给药剂量及并发症进行探讨。

Abstract Sixteen patients with glioma and 2 without available pathodiagnosis were treated by superselective intracarotid infusion of ACNU.CT scan was implemented before and one month after chemotherapy,in order to observe the change of the tumor size. Of the 16 gliomas, 1 showed almost total disappearance,5 showed definite(>50%)reduction, 5 showed no change(<50),and 5 showed tumor enlarged. The chemotheapy was well tolerated, Karnofsky status had almost no change in pre-and post-treatment.The systemic complications of intraarterial chemotherapy were rare and mild. No symptoms of neurotoxicity had been found.
