摘要
以家兔为材料用光栅将高压汞灯的不同谱线分开,研究其中四个相对功率较大的波长(365nm,334nm,313nm,302nm)对血液凝固等性质的影响,血液照射量8ml,总投照能量为54ml,全血粘度下降最显著者为334nm,延长凝血时间最显著者为313nm。
Abstract The spectral radiancy distribution bands of high pressure mercury are lamp were differentiated by optical grating.The influence of the 4 stronger power bands(365nm,334nm,313nm,302nm) upon blood coagulation was studied.The blood volume of irradiation was 8ml.The total energy delivered was 54 mJ.Results:The wavelength which significantly descented blood viscosity is 334nm,and significantly elongated blood coagulation time is 313nm.
