紫外线辐射血液输入疗法对脂蛋白(a)影响的临床观察 被引量:2

The effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation(UBI)therapy on LP(a)level with cerebral atherosclerosis

摘要 检测了154例脑血管病患者的血浆脂蛋白a[LP(a)]水平,并首次发现紫外线辐射血液疗法(简称UBI)可干预致脑血管病的独立危险因素LP(a),同时观察了UBI治疗前、后血浆LP(a)水平的变化。结果有显著性差异,P<0.05~0.001。紫外线辐射血液疗法可使70%以上患者血浆脂蛋白(a)下降至正常水平,这将对脑血管病防治有重大的临床意义。 Abstract The level of LP(α)in blood was determined in 154 cases with cerebral atherosclerosis.LP(α)is an unique lipoprotein which is similar to low desity lipoprotein. It was thought that if the content of LP(α)is over 250mg/l.,it could be a risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The level of LP(α)in the blood is constant in human.It almost could not be affected by diet,age,sex,environment and common lipid-decreasing drugs.In this study,the change of LP(α)was observed after UBI with self-contrast method.The results showed that this therapy could decrease the content of LP(α)significantly in more than 70%cases.This study suggested that UBI could be used for the prediction,prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
