摘要
用光化学法诱导制备兔急性局限性脑梗塞模型。经紫外光辐照血液疗法治疗，其梗塞面积较对照组明显为小，病理改变亦明显较对照组为轻。在梗塞之前用紫外光辐照血液疗法对动物行保护性处理，则光化学法诱导的脑梗塞面积和病理改变与对照组相似。结果表明：紫外光辐照血液疗法对治疗急性局限性脑梗塞有显著疗效，但无保护性治疗作用。
Abstract The acute local cerebral infarction(ALCI)model was induced by photochemical reaction.The infarct area and pathological changes of AL-CI after treatment by ultraviolet blood irradiation(UBI)were more decreased than the control group. Protective treatment by UBI before ALCI,the infarct area and pathological changes were the same as that of the control group.The results showed that UBI can markedly improve the changes of ALCI.but no protective effect on ALCI.
