茎突综合征的临床和CT研究

Clinc and CT study of styloid process syndrome

本文报道22例茎突综合征,重点分析CT扫描茎突的优点,提出望咽距的大小与望突综合征有着密切的关系.肯定了CT是检查茎突的有效方法.同时,对在该综合征的病因及治疗给予分析.

22cases of styloid process syndrome were examined with CT and analyzed in comparision to X-ray plain flim technique.The results showed that CT could display styloid process clealy,the distance of styloid process to pharynx was closely related to styloid process syndrome,and the advantage of examination of styloid process syndrome with CTwas great.It is suggested that CT technique be the best way of examining styloid process syndrome.
