论地勘经济运行中的计划与市场

ON COMBINING PLANNING AND THE MARKET IN THE OPERATION OF GEOLOGICAL EXPLORATION ECONOMY

本文结合我国地勘经济的实际，对市场经济下，如何进一步改革现有的计划调节和计划管理体制，以适应市场经济体制的要求作了探讨。认为，计划调节与市场调节相结合，是促进地勘经济持续、稳定、快速发展的客观要求。

Based on the actual conditions of China's geological exploration economy, the article discusses how to further reform the current planned regulation and planned management systems in this field, so as to meet the requirements of the market economic system. It is held that to combine planned regulation with market regulation is the objective demand of bringing about a sustained, stable and rapid development of geological exploration economy.
