摘要
本文在对湖北省地矿局第三探矿工程队成建制转产后五年来的历程作了回顾，并对该队坚持走企业化道路的一些有关问题进行了思考。
With a review of the course of development of the No. 3 Exploration Engineering Party of the Hubei Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources since it totally shifted to another line of trade, the author expresses his thoughts on several problems relating to attaining the aim of enterprization.
