囊虫病患者血清中C_3和循环免疫复合物的检测

Assay of serum C_3 and CIC from the patients with Cysticercosis

本文检测了37例囊虫病患者血清中 C_3和循环免疫复合物的水平。结果表明,患者血清中 C_3均值明显低于正常人的测定值(P<0.01),而循环免疫复合物的水平明显增高(P<0.01)。二者呈显著的负相关。提示在人体囊虫病发病过程中,抗原抗体复合物能够激活补体,从而导致补体介导的免疫反应的发生。

We determined C_3 and CIC levels in sera from 37 documented cases of cysticercosis.The re- suits showed that C_3 level in sera from the patients with eysticereosis was significantly lower(P< 0.01),whilc CIC level was significantly higher compared to the control group(P<0.01).It was, therefore,suggested that the antigen-antibody complex could activaete complement and induce complement-mediated immaoreaction.
