用Al_2O_3柱纯化硫代巴比妥(TBA)的研究

Studies on purification of thiobarbital (TBA) useing aluminium oxide column

人体中脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量通常在 nmol/ml 数量级,应用标准四乙氧基丙烷与 TBA 的缩合物作基准,采用 TBA—荧光法测定 LPO 含量。而市售的 TBA(cp)常含有微量杂质而呈微红色,不能满足分析要求。我们采用 Al_2O_3柱层析法纯化 TBA,得到浅黄色粉末,回收率可达64%以上。若采用稀 HAc 洗脱,纯化后的 TBA 回收率可达80%以上。通过 TBA—荧光法测定纯化后 TBA 纯度,可以达到进口的 TBA 的使用效果。

The condenses between the staudaid 1,1,3,3—tetraethoxypropane and TBAwas used as the base compound,the content of lipoid peroxide was determined by the TBA—Fluorescent method. Because the commercial TBA(cp)contain slight impurities which make it into slipht red,it couldn't meet the demand for analysis.We purified it with using Aluminium oxide column and ob- tained the light yellow powder,the recovery could be ovre 64%.When the column was washed with the dilute acetic acid was used,the recovery of the TBA purified could be obtained up to more than 80%.
