大脑脑梗塞的早期CT诊断体会

Early diagnosis of cerebral infarction by CT

本文分析了86例急性脑梗塞的早期 CT 征象.包括①尾状核头部或豆状核模糊;②局部脑质密度轻度减低;③轻度的占位效应,表现为患区脑沟或脑池消失、脑室受压、中线结构移位;④患侧大脑中动脉水平段密度增高。本组病例在发病24小时内有早期 CT 表现者58例,占总数的67%,结合临床,可做早期诊断。

The authors analysed the early CT findings in 86 patients with acute infarction.The early CT images were as follows:1.obscuration of the lentiform nucleus or the head of the caudare nucle- us.2.introcerebrai areas of slight hypodensity.3.Mass effect as evidenced by sulcal or midline structures,and hyperdensity of the middle cerebral attery.Within 24 hours,the 58 patients (67%).Therefore,it helps early clinical diagnosis.
