Chemical composition of epimedium brevicorum

本文研究了小檗科淫羊藿属植物心叶淫羊藿 Epimedium brevicorum 的地上部分,从中分离得到四种单体,经理化性质及光谱(紫外、红外、质谱、氢谱)鉴定,确定了三种单体的结构:淫羊藿甙、淫羊藿次甙—Ⅰ,淫羊藿次甙—Ⅱ,其中淫羊藿次甙—Ⅲ.首次在本种植物中发现。

Our studies on chemical composition of the herb epimedium brevicorum led to the isola- tion of four flavonoids.The strcetures of three in them were identified on the basis of physi- cal and che(?)ical properties and spectral data(UV,IR,FAB-MS,'H-NMR).The two known flavonoids Ⅰand Ⅱ were identified as Ⅰ cariin and Ⅰ carisid-I.The other one was confirmed as Ⅰcaeisid-Ⅱ,which was first isolated from the species.
