不育男性睾丸超声表现及测量分析

The testis ultrasonic wave patterns and measurement analysis in sterile men

本文应用B超测量睾丸体积。正常生育力男性睾丸体积 B 超测量左侧为11.1±2.4cm^3,右侧为11.1±2.7cm^3。B 超检查见不育男性睾丸内部回声低,不均匀,结构疏松,体积明显小于正常生育力男性睾丸。提示:B 超测量睾丸体积是一种准确、可靠实用的方法,为研究不孕男性患者睾丸的病理学提供信息。

We measured testis volumes with B—ultrasonic wave.The volume of left testis was 11. 1±2.4cm^3 in normally-bearing men.The right one was 11.4±2.7cm^3.The teatises in sterile men showed lower internal echo and badly-distributed echoand looser structure under B—ultrasonic wave.The volumes of testises in sterile men were obviously smaller than the control.It is suggested that B—ultrasonic wave measuring volume of testis aws one of the accurater and reliabler methods.It provided value data for pathoogy of studying testis in sterile men.
