前列腺素E_1对肺心病患者的治疗作用

Treatment of cor pulmonale with PGE_1

应用前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)治疗肺心病40例。结果发现:与常规治疗组相比,PGE_1可使平均肺动脉压((?)PA)下降;心输出量(CO)增加;肺活量占预计值的百分比(VC%),最大通气量占预计值百分比(MMV%)、一秒用力肺活量占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV_1/FEV)增加。提示PGE_1可同时改善心肺功能,达到心肺并治作用。

40 cases of patients with cor pulmonale were treated with PGE_1.The results showed that,compared with routine treatment,PGE_1decreased P_(PA)and increased CO,VC%,MMV% and FEV_1/FEV.It is considered that PGE_1 improves both the heart function and lung function.
