摘要
本文观察了诊断级超声波辐照人体宫内胚胎绒毛引起的脂质过氧化及绒毛组织结构变化。结果表明:诊断级超声辐照胎囊20分钟,24h 内人体绒毛细胞脂质过氧化明显变化(P_(?)<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)值随辐照时间增加而增高(P_(?)<0.05),而绒毛细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性随幅照时间增加而下降(P_(?)<0.05)。上述改变在超声辐射后3天均恢复正常。光镜结果观察,Ⅴ组合体滋养层细胞固缩,全层染色加深,表面绒毛呈树枝状,胞质内空泡增加。Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组仅见轻微改变。上述结果提示,诊断级超声引起的损伤是可以恢复的。
We observed structrual changes and lipid peroxidizatoin of villi cells with diagnosis ultrasonic wave radiating embryo.The results demonstrated that diagnosis ultrasonic wave could obviously change lipid peroxidation of villi cells within 24 hours when It radiated embryo for twenty minites.The MDA increased with radiating time,while SOD and GSH— PX activities of villi cells decreased.These variations returned to normal three days after radiation.We observed with microscope that syneytial cells constraeted solidly and all layer cells dyed darkly.The villi in surface appeace branch shapes.The hollow cells increased in groupV.These changes were slight in groups Ⅳ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ.It is suggested that the injury caused by diagnosis wave could be recovered.
