颌下腺动脉及导管的应用解剖学研究

摘要 领下腺内的导管、血管、神经及淋巴管由胶原纤维包绕形成了腺实质的核心,我们称之为壳状结构。壳状结构主干呈网状,在此基础上有三级树枝状的分支,分别走行在各级间隔内,两者共同对腺实质起到支持作用。颌下腺动脉可以被概括为三组一支,分别来源于面动脉、颏下动脉及颈外动脉,计5—7支。腺动脉的分支与走行与壳状结构相适应,可作如下分级:腺动脉主干、腺动脉网和三级树枝状分支。对整个颌下腺而言无统一的腺门,但对每个腺叶及腺小叶而言却存在明确的腺门。在壳状结构的主干内管状结构无统一的方向,但在其各级树枝状的分支中却有统一的方向,它们所属的范围是一致的。 The duots,vessels,and autonomic elements are surrounded by appreciable collagen to form an extensive.ramifying core for the bulk of the parenchyma.The core is called arma- ture.The armature trunk is a network in shape with three levels of arborescent branching which passes through the septa.The septa and armature have a support to the parenchyma, Glandular artary is clasifidod into three groups,with former coming from anterior artery and the later from external carotid artery.Glandular artery is classified into 5 artery trunk,glandular artery network and three levels arborescent branchin hilus to the whole submandibuular gland while there is a hilus to every lob etc.There is no the same direction of canal structure in the armature trunl certain direction in the branching in the lobular,sharing the same distributin
