摘要
我们研究证实、大鼠腹水癌细胞做为抗核抗体(ANA)检查,比之以往的大鼠肝细胞具有敏感度高、染色型清晰,易于判定及显示多种染色型等优点。
Our study revealed the method of detecting antinuclear antibody the ratascites carcinoma cell with,compared with the old method with rat liver cell,is higher sensitive,clear dyeing type and easy to judge and show more dyeing types.
