摘要
题库试题共7200道，由全国17所高等医学院校的800多名各学科专家经现代考试技术培训后编写，通过实测修定。大部分试题难度与区分度也在全国范围实测后获得，比国内同类题库主要依据估计值确定更科学。试题内容借鉴美国国家医师考试卷第二部分，在智能化全自动组卷系统、建立全国考试常模方面优于美国。
The bank has a deposit of 7200 test questions developed by over 800 experts of various disciplinesfrom 17 higher medical education institutions,who had received a special training in moderntest.All these test questions have been qualified through pretesting.The difficulty and differentiationof most test questions have also been determined by nationwide pretesting,which aremore scientific than those of similiar test-question bank at home.The test questions draw on theexperience of the second section of the test paper of the national test to physicians in the USA.Its system of intelligence and full automatic organization of the test paper and the establishmentof the norm of national test are superioer to those in the USA.
