本文分析了温度、酸度和时间三因素与毛发酸解胱氨酸提取率之间的相互关系，建立温度、酸度和时间对胱氨酸提取率的回归模型，其中时间和温度两个处理为线性模型，酸度为非线性模型．

The paper analyses the correlation between 3 factors,that is temperature,heating time and acidity,and the extracting rate of Cys from hair,And the regression models of extracting rate by these 3 factors are extablished.In which,both the treatments of heat ing time and temperature are linear-models and the treatment of acidity is nonlinear model.
