摘要
本文利用回归分析方法给出了遗传密码与氨基酸含量之间的相关关系,结果表明;氨基酸的相对含量与遗传密码子数呈四次多项式回归,回归方程的复相关指数高达0.96以上,模型的平均拟合误差在2~7%之间.
The non-linear models for the estimation of the amino-acid content(y)of the species by means of the number of corresponding synonymous codon(x),have been established by regression analysis.The samples of the species were wheat,barley,corn,rice,chinese sorghum,millet,and highland barley seeds.By model analysis,all the models showed higher multiple correlation indexes,over 0.96,and average error berween the estimating value of the model and the practical value of the corresponding sample was 2 to 7%.
