摘要
就三高农业实质及发展目的，提出评价高产、高效、优质的单一指标及三高综合指标。力求指标少而精、易操作，既准确反映侧面，又系统反映总体，还可纵横比较，既深化三高农业理论，又良性导向三高农业的发展。
Abstract Both single objectivs of each high produetion、high benefit、high-level quality and comprehensiuo objective of 'three-H'agriculturo haue been presented aeeording to the essence and significance of'three-H'agticultuno in this thesis.The objectives ave no more but precise anol easily-applied. we can precisely bring to light the sides and system atically depict the totality of'three-H'agviculture,can compare vertically and horizontally,can deepen the theory and correctly guide the derelopping of'three-H'agriculturo with the help of this objective system
