合成CBN用触媒Mg_3N_2的研制及应用

摘要 介绍了用金属镁在N2气氛下于高温合成Mg3N2的工艺方法.用差热(DTA)、热重(TG)、XRD及SEM等仪器分析了合成产物、证明这种合成工艺是可行的.并用Mg3N2做触媒进行了CBN合成试验.证明用上述方法合成的Mg3N2可做为CBN合成触媒.文中还分析了合成工艺、触媒保存方法及传压介质对其效能的影响. process with in which Mg3N2 was is synthesised by heating metalmiagnesium under a nitrogen stream at high temperature was introduced. Theprocess and products were analysised by TDA.TG.XRD and SEM.The CBNwas synthesized by using the Mg3N2 catalyst.It has been proved that the Mg3N2can be a suitable catalyst for CBN synthesis.The effects of process parameter.catalyst stored method and transmit pressure medium on CBN formation were discussed.
