摘要
竹织叶野螟幼虫有7龄与8龄,以7龄为主,占82.98%。7龄组幼虫期为26.81d,8龄组30.99d;各龄幼虫头壳宽相差明显,幼虫头壳宽对数回归直线方程式,7龄组为logy=0.3188x-0.1313、8龄组为logy=0.3164x-0.1575。幼虫食叶量7龄组为91.34±2.42cm^2、8龄组为116.85±8.48cm^2,5龄至老熟幼虫食叶量占全期食叶量96%以上;幼虫食叶量对数回归直线方程式,7龄组为logy=0.4604x-1.5030、8龄组为logy=0.4002x-1.3636。幼虫期食叶量的多少与幼虫发育羽化为成虫,在雌、雄性方面无关。
Laboratory rearing and test showed that Algedonia coclesalis Walker, completed development of larva stage either in 7 instar with average 26.81 days or with 8 instar 30.99 days. There was a linear relationship between the age and the head capsule width of larvae, being logy = 0.3188×- 0.1313 for 7-instar group or log y = 0.3164×- 0.1575 for 8-instar group. In average, each 7-instar larva consumed 91.34±2.42 cm2 leaf and 116.85±8.45 cm2 for 8-instar larve. The capacity for leaf was increased with growing of larvae in a linear relationship. The linear regression is calculated as logy= 0.4604x-1.5030 for the 7- instar group and log y= 0.4002× -1.3636 for the 8-instar group. No variation was found in relation between capacity for leaf and larvae which develop to male or female.
