本文用聚乙二醇(PEG—600)为相转移催化剂,使0,0-二乙基硫代磷酰氯,用苄胺进行胺解。制得了用途非常广泛的0,0-二乙基-N-苄基硫代磷酰胺酯。

0, 0-diethyl - N-bemzyl thiophosphamide ester is widely used insecticide, germicide, flotation agent and intemediate of new agriculture chemcal. It is worth of synthesis. In this paper, a new syntetic method is advanced . Inerganic al kali (K2CO3 or Na2CO3 ) instead of organic alkali ( triethylamine) is used as agent tying acid, and polyglycol (PEG-600) as phase shifting catelyst . 0, 0-diethyl thiophosphchlorine reacts with benzylamine , obtaining a higher production rate.
