在直观检测模具间隙的基础上，通过计算机、光机电一体化的系统集成，讨论了动态模具的检测分析和管理，提出了模具间隙均匀度的新概念，为模具生产和管理提供了一种新的途径。

Based on the direct display of the clearance measure condition and Computer - Optics - Mechanical - Electronics integration, some problems on moving clearance measurement analysis and management of model were disscussed and a new conception of the model clearance balanced degree was introduced, This paper presented a new way for the production and mangement of model.
