摘要
经治全身性真菌败血症7例，死亡6例、治愈1例。烧伤面积48～85％，平均74％，烧伤深度为深Ⅱ～Ⅲ°患者生存24～39天、平均32天．治愈85％Ⅱ～Ⅲ°瓦斯烧伤1例，于伤后62天痊愈。本文对6例死亡、1例成活原因进行分析，并总结出7点经验与教训。
In this paper, 7 cases of general mycotic septicemia are reported: 6 patients died and1 cured. The areas of burns were from 48% t0 85% (the mean area was 74% ) with Ⅱ to Ⅲ degree.The survival periods of the dead patients were 24 to 39 days, with the mean of 32 days. the cured onewas burnt in a gas explosion, with 85 %and Ⅱ°to Ⅲ°of injury. This patient was at last cured 62 daysafter his burning. The causes of death of the other 6 cases are also analysed with 7 points of experiences being concluded.
