CLΦ500 cyclic Vibrating and Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separator has been developed to meet theneeds of iron removal from kaolin.Reliable vibrating and pulsating arrangements were adopted in the equipmentand the combined action of the composed-forces field was applied, which can apparently enhance the iron removalfrom kaolin and exclude the choke of matrix.Industrial tests have demonstrated that the equipment is an ideal ironremoving facility,and can be extended to use in kaolin industry and the purification separation of non-ferrous and rare-earth metals.
