摘要
选择了具有海因衍生物和三聚异氨酸酯衍生物结构特点的一系列键合剂,在含有硝酸酯和HMX的推进剂模拟配方中考察了这些键合剂的使用效果.并用Wilhelmy吊板法和动态毛吸法测定了这些键合剂对HMX的浸润性,从热力学参量Wa和动力学参量dh/dt两方面讨论了浸润机制,结合漫反射傅利叶交换红外光谱、光电子能谱的分析结果,对硝胺/硝酸酯体系中键合剂与HMX的界面键合进行了评价.
A series of novel bonding agents which comprise the structural features of hydantoin derivatives and isocyanuuate derivatives have been developed. The Mechanical properties of model propellant composite containing there novel bonding agents were determined. Wilhelmy plate method and wicking method were ed to evaluate wetting properties of these new bonding agents, and the Wetting properties was discussed in the respect of thermodynamics and dynamics. combined with the results obtained from FTIR DR and XPS analysis, the interfacial bonding of these novel bonding agents with HMX was evalutated.
