摘要
设计并制作了一种容量为１ＭＢ的ＥＰＲＯＭ固态盘，这种固态盘作为ＩＢＭＰＣ微机总线上的一个扩展卡．该卡由两片２７０４０固化磁盘数据和相应的引导机制构成．这种固态盘在系统中模拟成一个软盘，使用方法与一般软盘相同．最后，介绍了它在汉字系统等环境中的应用．
A kind of EPROM SSD having a capacity of 1MB,and anm extended card on the bus of a PC microcomputer is introduced. This card is formed by using two 27C040 chips to store the data of a 1.2MB diskette while providing proper bootstrap mechanism. In the microcomputer system, it can be used as a floppy disk drive in the same way.
