摘要 提出了纯金属电阻率的两个简化模型:一个统计模型,一个电子一声子耦合模型。由统计模型可得出:纯金属电阻率与声子浓度及声子平均动量的平方成正比。由电子-声子耦合模型得出:电子的散射几率不仅正比于声子数,而且正比于电子-声子的耦合强度。由这两个模型皆能得出纯金属电阻率在高温时与温度T成正比,低温时与T5成正比的结果。由电阻率—温度曲线的比较表明,两模型相当吻合。 Two simplified models,statistical model and electron-phonon coupling model,for the ideal metal electrical resistivity have been put forward.The conclusion from the statistical model that the electrical resistity of ideal metals is directly proportional to the phonon concentration and the square of the phonon mean momentum has been obtained. According to the electron-phonon coupling model,the electron scattering probability is not only proportional to the phonon number,bud also proportional to the electron-phonon coupling strength.The results keeping with the experimental facts that the electrical resistivity of ideal metals is directly proportional to temperature T at high temperature and to T5 at low temperature have been got from the two models.The comparison of the dependence of the electrical resistivity on temperature between the two models shows that the two models are in quite good coincidence with each other.
