摘要
在0.8~2.0mol/L硫酸及90℃下,An3+对Ce4+氧化Hg_2^(2+)反应有强烈催化作用。用对氯代苯羟乙酸还原Ce(Ⅳ)中止反应,生成极谱活性物质对氯苯甲醛(EP=-0.83Vvs.SCE)。用固定时间法建立检出限和测定范围分别为0.15ng/mL和0.30~4.5ng/mL金的催化反应-导数示波极谱分析法。矿样中痕量金的测定结果表明该法效果较好。
A catalytic method with derivative oscillopolarographic for the determination of uhratrace amounts of gold was described based on the catalytic effect of gold (Ⅲ) on the redox reaction between Ce (Ⅳ) and Hg_2 ̄(2+) in 0. 8~2. 0 mol/L sulphuric acid at 90℃.p-chlorophenylglycollic acid was quenching reagent. The direvative oscillopolarography was used to detect p- chlorobenzaldehyde produced from the reaction between p- chlorophenylglycollic acid and Ce (Ⅳ). A detection limit of 0.15 ng/mL and determination range from 0. 3 to 4. 5 ng/mL An were obtained.Trace gold in ores was analysed by this method with excellent results.
